What to expect in class

I ensure my yoga classes are accessible for every body! And every body is welcome ! My classes are slow paced to create a moving meditation that helps encourage proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind.  

A typical  class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including adapted and accessible Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Asanas  (postures) and deep relaxation..  

When practiced regularly, the yoga postures, relaxation and breathing can help us to improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as general health, well-being and peace of mind.
